- Recast options allow buyers to put as little as 5% down at closing and then recast their payments once they sell their existing home – again avoiding the need for a contingency contract.
- Construction/Permanent loans allow your buyer to build the home of their dreams. If they aren’t quite ready to build, the Lot Loan will get their location secured while they finalize house plans and choose a builder.
- Financing for repairs, improvements, or customization of a house is available through Escrow Holdbacks, FHA 203K or Fannie Mae’s Homestyle. If the house isn’t perfect as it is, we’ll help them get it perfect!
