Our April General Membership Meeting was sold out at the Marietta Hilton, and featured guest speaker Lynn Dempsey, Commissioner of the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC), an inspirational talk by Kidz2Leaders Director Christina Cummings, and a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, led by Sandy Johnson.

February Membership Meeting Welcomes GAR President Michael Faulkner

Our February General Membership Meeting, featuring guest speaker GAR President Michael Faulkner, was held on Wednesday, February 21 at the Marietta Hilton Hotel and Conference Center. Joined by our GAR Regional Director, Jim Barner, they offered an inspiring and informative perspective on the important roles we play as REALTORS, both in defense of the property rights and the prosperity of our Community.

Faulkner commented that the Cobb Association of REALTORS®, through their engagement, involvement, dedication and professionalism, were “at the top” amongst Georgia REALTOR® Associations in meeting these objectives (see the Video below). He also spoke to the Georgia Association of REALTORS new Vision Statement, which is to “Empower, Engage and Unite Our Members for Success”
