Georgia Association of REALTORS Inaugural Conference

40+ Cobb Association of REALTORS Members joined over 700 Georgia REALTORS at the 2018 GAR Inaugural & Legislative Day Conference last week at the Atlanta Marriot Marquis.  This annual gathering was held from February 5 to 8, and featured:

  • The inauguration of our 2018 Georgia Association of REALTORS Officers, including President Michael Faulkner
  • The presentation of Annual GAR Awards, including the Instructor of the Year Award won by CAR’s own Carol Moson,
  • A host of CE and other educational opportunities,
  • Legislative Day at the Capitol, to gain the support of our State Legislators for bills designed to protect the rights of homeowners and our real estate industry,
  • Tons of networking opportunities to build relationships across the state,
  • The annual Expo, featuring the presence, products and services of our Affiliate Members in support of our industry, and
  • The GAR Board of Directors Meeting, in which 18 CAR Members participated as voting members.
